The CBERS 04A satellite was transported in the morning of dezember 12th to the launch tower of the Taiyuan base in China to be coupled with the Long March 4B launcher.
In space satellites are exposed to large variations in temperature. Due to the almost zero presence of atmosphere, objects exposed directly to the sun can reach very high and when present in the shadow of the Earth very low temperatures.
FloripaSat-1 was submitted to the Backeout test on October 3rd and 4th at the Integration and Testing Laboratory (LIT) of the National Institute for Space Research (INPE).
On October 2, 2019, the FloripaSat-1 vibration tests were performed at the Integration and Testing Laboratory (LIT) of the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) in São José dos Campos.
FloripaSat-1 launch was postponed from December 17 to December 20 due to weather conditions. In the meantime, FloripaSat-1 has arrived at China and has been tested in its POD for the first time.
